Aeroface’s Application to Raging Infernos

Part I - About Yourself

What is your Stick Empires Username and Code?
Username is Aeroface, code is 664.

What is your Classic rating?
At the time of writing, my current rating is 1235.

What Empire do you main (use the most)?
At the time of writing, Order. That probably won’t stay, though.

How long have you been playing Stick Empires?
A total of seven months. I played three years ago under a different account, but I returned a while ago. Despite having played for that long, though, I’m not very good. In fact, back in the day, I used no abilities at all.

Is English your First Language?

What is Your Timezone?
EDT (Eastern Daylight Time)

Part II - In-Game Knowledge

Provide an explanation of what each Terminology is:
Kiting: Mainly done with Archidons, kiting is when you hit the enemy and fall back, and then hit them another time when your units can attack again.

G-Kiting: Using the Garrison command for speedier kiting. Once again, mainly done with Archidons.

Micro: The movement of a few units. The flow. The…eh, forget it. (It was a horrible joke)

Macro: Looking at and managing your entire army and economy.

Massing: An onslaught featuring one unit, used in the early game (most of the time).

Rushing: Throwing a bunch of units at the enemy while they’re still setting up. The units in question are normally weak. This is also done in the early game (most of the time).

Turtling: Chilling at base, making an army while having defensive units in case the enemy attacks. When an opponent stops turtling, chances are the army’s pretty good.

Pressuring: Attacking with a weak army meant to deal a huge blow to the opponent’s economy by killing miners and such, forcing the opponent to either garrison or lose their entire economy.

Stalling: Prolonging a match with defensive abilities when the result is obvious.

Name the following maps (Large, Medium, Short):

Grass Hills: Large
Desert: Medium
Swamp Lands: Small
Halloween: Medium
Forest: Medium
Castle: Small (Perfect map for me, lol)
Gates: Small/Medium (Can't really decide)
Ice World: Medium

You are playing a ranked game and half way throughout the game you see that you opponent is giant massing. What measures do you take to prevent your internal doom?
Train 4-5 Shadowrath (and learn Shinobi 2 if I haven’t done that already), along with 3-4 Speartons, backed up by 2-4 Merics, a Magikill with Poison Spray and Electric Wall, and a bunch of Archidons with Flaming Arrow. I’d train the Speartons and Shadowrath one by one.

You are matched with a player on castle. What start would you use and why?
Spearcher combo FTW.

What is your ideal Turtle (defense set-up)?
3-4 Speartons, 2-4 Merics and a Magikill. Maybe sprinkled with a few Archidons. What do I start building after? Depends on the opponent.

Part III - Your Past

How did you find Raging Infernos?
Advertised by SirEthan on RIxRI. I was curious, so here I am.

Have you ever been in a existing clan (if the answer is yes, why did you leave)?

Have you ever been accused of hacking or exploiting to win a game?
No, I doubt that it’ll ever happen. (I’m probably wrong on that assumption)

Part IV - Your Personality

If you are being Harassed at any point in the game, would to you do?
I’d ignore it, maybe question the reasons behind it a little, but depending on the insults, I might report them after.

Have you read the Rules? (We can tell if you didn't)!
Pickle Juice Massacre… (who thought this one up?)

I thought that up lol.

Overall solid app, but keep in mind the Stick Empires Map Sizes aren't accurate.
Halloween and desert are actually "small" maps, etc.
